DO NOT LOSE WESTMINSTER CHOIR COLLEGE. Let the University purchase it. Good God, they've certainly got the dough to maintain it as it should be maintained. You sell that land, or let that property be used as some sort of resort, you lose part of the soul of Princeton. The University absorbed the Princeton Inn and turned it into a dorm - I wasn't wild about that, but it still stands (sans all the beautiful gingerbread woodwork the University stripped from it after purchase).
