I don’t have anything that will make much of a difference to your back pain, so grit your teeth and bear it.
Going to see a cognizant physical therapist/trainer has made all the difference. Gave me the tools to fix myself, too. Bottom line, sitting is POISON for your back. Get up and move, at least once every 20.
I should note that ibuprofen does less for me if I've been taking it regularly. I think my body stops responding to it. I go cold turkey for a month or three, and it works well again. For a short time. So I reserve it for acute issues only.
