When you buy direct, they say on the purchase page that the order will be shipped in one or two days. I bought the software yesterday in the late morning (and was able to use the downloaded version to fix my drives). The flash drive was in my mailbox just now. A little over 24 hours. THAT, peeps, is service.

If I'd gone the old-fashioned route of copying my busted boot to another external drive, I'd have spent 16 hours (USB 2 iMac) copying, another 16 re-copying to the SSD after formatting. Beats the hell out of 32 plus hours of hell and downtime.
