This is NOT getting the national coverage it should, as is usual for any catastrophic event in New Mexico. Please amplify this in your own ways.

Later: Almost forgot to remind you all. Bad as fires are, the aftermath is worse. Mudslides and flooding during heavy rains. The damage will continue to accrue. Pick a charity and give for a period of time, if you can.

Recent rainstorms have caused flooding, so goods are going to be increasingly important to support refugees from these catastrophes. Images of Ruidoso Downs RV park alone … dozens of RVs and trucks swamped, useless, people standing helpless, nowhere to go.

Thoughts and prayers are nice and all, action is better.
