I'll make one request of you, manufacturers. Please make the controls large enough for big American paws! And don't rely on having fingernails. When you shoot outdoors, those get savaged. I dislike having to use keys to get my camera to work.
A quick review of cases reveals no infringement claims for any such uses. Therefore, feel free to take and share more photos of family and friends!
Now I wonder about 'family' videos with recognizable music in the background. Some get rather sophisticated these days, almost like music videos.
Of interest. 'AI assisted' image search. Question. How do you tell what's 'AI' and what's mere 'pattern recognition'? Or is asking about the difference fundamentally silly? When does multilayered PR become AI?
Review the bodycam footage. Needs more context to be definitive, but I give this officer a pass. It's damned dangerous doing pullovers at night, solo. Foolish for a photographer to go photographing - with a tripod no less - when anything you carry could be misidentified. Too many children get shot with water pistols every summer; been the same since the '50's.
I acquired this via a discount on a photo site. I have to say, though I love Nik Silver EFX Pro for B/W, it's destructive of detail. The Panatomic-X filter in X3 is wonderful. A true one-click road to B/W nirvana.
This looks like it would be pretty boss for location and camping shoots. Not to carry, but to have in the vehicle for recharging duty. At $500, I'll have to compare to other options, but really ... wow.
And here I was just talking with a friend, about how youth-oriented most of the online world is. I was mentioning how many conceptual women photographers have disappeared, because age has robbed them of their vital traffic-attractant. But this! I applaud this. In fact, I will stand up right now and applaud. There's noone here to hear it, but I still think it matters. You still look great, Ms Rossellini.
[Note, these images are taken by my current obsession, Peter Lindbergh, who actually prefers to capture women without makeup. Usually in B/W. Seeing his work makes me want to either 1) shoot until I equal his prowess or 2) crawl under a rock and give up. Depending on the day. I just need more willing models who won't get bored while I noodle with lighting, poses and setting.]
