So it’s human error, and these things do happen. Because of the complexity of what’s going on, it’s frankly amazing to me that there aren’t more issues than we have.
Lame. In industrial theatre (A/V), heads would roll for this. Clients would want discounts on their contracts. Failure was not an option, and we rehearsed to the point that the only things you couldn't predict were equipment failures or crew illness. And for both we would have BACKUPS and BACKUP PLANS.
