Vox: Obamacare's double-digit rate hike, explained in 400 words.

The Obama administration released data Monday showing that premiums for mid-level plans will rise, on average, 22 percent between 2016 and 2017.

Here it starts. Hillary, you'd better have answers for November 1 - if not for today. Sooner the better. If you're a Democrat, best get your people out to early vote. Once they see what the ACA's going to do to their wallet - with no reasonable method of ameliorating the costs and overall annoyance of shopping/changing plans - no amount of rhetoric will help. If not handled immediately, this could be a swift and catastrophic loss that would make Carter/Reagan a footnote.

Later: "... the government says more than 70 percent of people buying insurance on the marketplaces created by the law could get a health plan for less than $75 a month for 2017." BWAH-HAH-HAH ... yeah, right. I'll spare you another rant. I'll be shouting enough after November 1.
